What countries do you ship to?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take? 

Once you place your order, it takes 1 - 3 days to process it.

After we process it please allow for 7- 15 days for your order to arrive if it is coming to the US. For orders to countries such as the UK and mainland Europe please allow 10 - 20 days. Please see all possible delays below...

Will the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic effect shipment?

The list of countries in which shipping has been effected are Australia, Italy, New Zealand, Canada, Norway and the USA. There will be a delay of at least 5 days within these countries. This is due to the coronavirus epidemic. This is subject to change without any notice and we are unable to predict when this will happen so please bare with us if there are any problems.

Where is my tracking number?

Due to COVID-19, our shipping methods have changed which means there is a delay with getting your tracking number too. We know this can be very annoying and worrying but ask you for your patience during this very difficult time. All customers will receive a tracking number once the item arrives the destination country. For example, if you live in the USA, once your item arrives in the USA, your tracking number will become active. We apologize for this delay and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note when we refer to "days" this means working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all public holidays. Orders can take up to 90 days to arrive. 

I have put my information in wrong! What do I do?

In the event of filling in your information wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at info@foggyfalls.com and we will try to amend your mistake.

Does my order come with tracking?

Yes, every order comes with a tracking code. This tracking code is only active once your parcel is within your country. Please expect this to happen 3-5 working days before delivery.

I want to return my order, what do I do?

In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns. For more information please use our contact form or email us at info@foggyfalls.com to initiate the return.
